Hacking WordPress!!!
WordPress presents an option for users to write their own hacks for one’s own wordpress. By this way, the blogger can write custom functionalities for wordpress in a hack file called “my-hacks.php”, and the file needs to be placed in the root folder of the wordpress. WordPress will then execute this php code, for all web request to wordpress.
Note : For this to work, one should “enable legacy my-hack.php” check box in the “Miscellaneous” section of the wordpress admin -> “Settings” page .
Though this feature is an legacy feature of wordpress, I came to know about it very recently. Anyways, naan ready.. neenga readyaa?
