Is this life Meaninful?   Seriously, I really don’t know the answer to this question..

Once I had a thought that, To make Life Meaningful, one has to spend some of his time with his family and Friends.While my friend’s thought says, “Spend some of your Salary, it can change the world of a Child, and that makes life beautiful”

Definition of life changes from person to person, time to time and situation to situation. As I say  this, I like to quote the lines from my friends.

Its My Friend Karthik, he finds the meaning of life in the job he does, the words “I feel software job is grt n filled my life with grt meaning” brings out the pride in his job.

Taking the view of my school Friend SriRam, for him “The life provides a lot of opportunity to learn. It has no meaning but dictates us to live” thereby he denies the existence of meaning for life.

Having heard the quotations of life, I leave the conclusion to the readers to decide, What do you think? is this life meaningful?

It was like riding a tiger, not knowing how to get off without being eaten

- Raju

The confession of Ramalinga Raju (RR), the Chairman(Ex) of Satyam, rocked the Indian IT industry. Almost every one in the IT industry, would have done, atleast one complete read of the confession mail and am sure that, everybody knows how it would be like riding a tiger without being eaten. But now, the question is, Has the tiger eaten, Ramalinga Raju?, or Ramalinga Raju, has escaped before the tiger has had its supper?.The answer to this question will be revealed over the days to come.

Keeping aside this biggest scam and taking this as a topic for a topsy turvy discussion, there arises a question, why this incident is like riding a tiger for Ramalinga Raju (RR) ? why not, its riding a Lion or any other wild animal?

To answer this question, one has to think broadly in a wide angle. Taking a Widest angle possible, The only person who came to my mind,  is Lord Ayyappan. He has been riding tiger for ages. But, He always smiles, as if riding a tiger is so easy. So, He cant be the reason for this quote. Then, what could have made Ramalinga Raju to compare the scam to riding a Tiger?

Is it Bengal Tiger, Ganguly or the Bangalore Tiger, Azim Premji?
or is it because Tiger, being the National Animal of India, Ramalinga Raju knows the difficulty of riding It?

For the Last 22 years, I was under the conspiracy that, Hindhi is the National Language of India. Just 4 days back I came to know that India doesn’t have National Language.

I felt ashamed. How come I was not sure of this small fact?.

Thank God.. Its not only me, my friends too. They were also under the thought that Hindhi is the Raastra Bhasha of India.. I felt very happy.. Because now I was a better Indian than them..

Also, I can safely conclude, more than half the population of India were under this conspiracy. Come On, India.

I dont know who has first imprinted this thought in my Mind.

When I was doing first year in College(Tamil Nadu), we went to NCC Naval Camp to Lonavala(Maharashtra). Most of us, dont know Hindhi. At that time, we were offended by Naval Person ( I dont remember his name / cadet) . He asked “Are you all Indians?”. He added that “Hindhi is the National language of India. so every Indian should know it.”

I felt offended. but I never gave thought over it at that time.

But Now, Its was really surprising for me to hear that India never had a National Language. This explains How India give importance to its each of its constituent languages. Long Live India…

Recently, United Nation has asked India to nominate a language for its official usage. This shows that India was becoming super power. But India was not in a position to suggest one language.

It was an old joke with a good feed for thought..

Our Hero after failing in all his good ways, finally turns evil.. he decided to print money on his own.. Inspite of the fact that there is 0% chance for loss in this business, he went into loss. The reason was simple. He has printed coins instead of notes.

Most often, coins costs more money than its acual value. Almost in all world countries, the lowest denomination coin, is more worth than its actual values and basic reason, behind this was, its made of depleting resource, whose value keeps on increasing and never decreasing..

Two days back, I read a news article covered by BBC where there is large scale depletion of Currency in Eastern India. Interesting fact is that One rupee coins was melted and made into blades which was then sold for 35 Rs. To take the positive note, It has opened a new market with lots of opportunity. and, There were instances in some street markets, a normal people can get 130 Rs for 100 one rupee coins and there were many more instances not only in India, all across the world. Each country has made this act as Illegal.

Lets think.. is it illegal? I don’t think so.. Because just imagine case, I have parker pen worth 100 Rs. and you have another parker pen worth 50 Rs. What would someone call me if i exchange the pen with you? will he call me a fool? .. Yes.. Its completely foolish. Then just imagine who you ‘re when you give 3 one ruppee coins for a Tea ? . Technically, you’re paying more than 3 Rs.

The two common reasons…

1. prizes of essential commodities would always keep on increasing
2. if the countries currency looses its value, their coins actual value reduces than its face value.

So whats the solution to this problem? I could not think of any solution other than abolishing the currency, as government can’t get back the money from People. Also, the people who has got coins, can get more profit if they melt. Another reason is that, Abolishing lower denomination will eliminates beggars. I believe, Any average human would think atleast five times before dropping ten rupee note for a beggar.

Shankar’s Sivaji, The hero fight against corrupted rich India, where he asks government to abolish the higher denomination notes. Here, in this blog, the fight is against the begging India.

To sum it up, we should abolish currency as a whole. and have to rely on electronic money that solves the black money & beggary. And Always, its quite difficult to fight against the powerful person and weakest person.

I was thinking over this solution, If lower denomination was abolished, There is no possibility of buying goods less than 10 Rs. Imagine 3 Rs Tea, The quality & quantity of it, would improve a lot and sorry about the Taste ..

When I read history, it brings out lots of surprises. and often I forgot that I was part of the history.

It was month back when I watched the movie “NameSake”. In one Particular scene, Irrfan Khan, the Hero says to her wife Tabu that, 1 USD is equal to aaat(8) rupee. I was surprised, because ever since my childhood, I have been watching news in DD , Sun Tv. Its for several years, the news programs stating that 1 USD rate would be in the range of 40 rupees. It makes me sad and I was asking lots of questions.

What happens to My country?

Why did they let it happen?

How can the Great Indians stand so careless?

There are lots of questions that poped in my Mind. I know that I can find the answer to those questions with great tools like google, wikipedia etc. I started searching the web. I found some interesting facts and figures from the History. I cant do anything but wonder. Sometimes it brings out pride in my Own India.

The First surprising point…
According to 1894 census in India, around 90% of population lives in Village.

I give my thought on those people who chose to live in village, inspite of the facilities being less.

• Village is Safe, as those days, riots, loot, war would mainly affect the cities.
• From the Madan’s “Vandhargal Vendrargal”, one can understand how its unsafe it is to live in city.
• Village is always Cheap and Village is Self Sustaining.

The word self sustainance, is a key word that brings the real superiority of Village. A city cant live with out the support of village, but a Village can live on its own. I do think, its because of great villages surrounding delhi, that makes delhi to stand again after each and every failure in combat.

Now Lets see Simplistic Second Point…
After the Indo-Pak partition, Indian Coins were used in Pakistan and Indian Currencies are used by just overstamped with name Pakistan …

Terrific third point..
With dollar being eight rupees in 1974, Indian currency slowly depreciated and in 2002.. it steadily reaches 48 ruppees..From there, India sets back to US.. and Today it is 40.25 Rupees, the lowest value in last fourteen years. Actually this is because of two reasons, lets see that in … next two points…

Fantastic Fourth Point…
US Dollar has shown steady depreciation in its value. One of the Main reason for depreciation of US Dollar is Reserve Accumulation. Almost all Asian Countries do this process by which, they keep or accumulate US Dollar (that is earned as profit) before the money find its way into the country. Though It is loss to the Reserve bank, it seems like fetching the good fruits for country…

The Simply Fifth Point..
INR Appreciation. Thanks to Indian IT companies and BPOs. They have done a tremendous job in INR appreciation. Unfortunately they are the one who are affected by appreciating money. This brings out serious concern for IT companies, I believe that soon Indian IT companies would choose to work for the needs of our own country.
