But it has some disadvantage tooo ... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&gt;&gt;INR Appreciation. Thanks to Indian IT companies and BPOs. They have done a &gt;&gt;tremendous job in INR appreciation. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our IT Software Export business is get boosted only with the money we are getting from US ppl as $s. If there is a depreciation keeps on having a steady progress , then the IT companies wont have that profit. Also the US companies would started paying less amount for *great* software (he he he , try to bear it). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So , Strong rupee poses offshoring risks ! :(&lt;/p&gt;
