Motivated by a Forward??

I have been working in ITL, for the past 18 months. Ever since I joined the company, forwards /chain mails brings a sweater side of work. There are wide varieties of mail that are being forwaded. Initially, some of the these mails brings short term pleasure. But, as the time goes by, I realised that it is pointing or even beating the hope of Software Engineer. When I had a close watch on those mails, I find that it has two common negative points…

1. Most of these mails target the elite community, called league of software engineers.
2. Though some of the forwarded mails are motivational, the fact behind it is real demotivation…
